Brief Answer:
Yes. Safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns about eating dates.

Dates are good source of iron in pregnant women. They are good for you.

Having about 10 dates is not excess nor harmful. It's safe. You can eat some more if you wish. They don't harm.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Hi,

I went to the doctor and he said there is a slight separation which may cause bleeding but there is nothing to worry about. Please tell me what does this exactly mean, what I can do For healing of separation? Else the fetal growth is fine it's showing 10w2d growth. My doctor had said when fetal growth is fine we shouldn't be worried about this small separation.

Regards
