Brief Answer:
It can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sing healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concern.

I do not think there is any problem with using garlic oil in ear for constant earache. It is generally used to soften the impacted wax in the ear which is sometime cause for constant earache.

The only condition which can cause problem with garlic oil is ruptured tympanic membrane due to any cause including trauma or infection. If your tympanic membrane is intact you can go ahead for using garlic oil.

Having said this the causes of constant earache are multiple and it is essential to get thoroughly investigated before assuming that earache is due to impacted wax.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
