Is It Safe To Start Neck Pack Of Lo Loestrin FE Pills After Having Periods?

I missed 3 pills and was told not to start my new pack until the sunday after my next period. I took plan B a week ago as a precaution. Today, im bleeding. Do i start my new pack today? Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know when was your last period and when were you supposed to start the new pill pack.
And also if you took plan B in your waiting time for your periods (the placebo pill week) or after periods?
I need this information so that I can advise you better.

Brief Answer:
Withdrawl bleeding
Detailed Answer:
Yes mam, this bleeding will be counted as your period only as plan B has high dose of progesterone which causes decidualisation of the endometrium and when blood levels of progesterone falls over days then it causes withdrawal bleeding which results in complete shedding of endometrium and thus a new cycle starts thereafter.
So start a new pill pack now for contraception.
