Question: does Diltiazem interact with Kenalog ? I get injections of kenalog for my skin. I am going to start taking Diltiazem today.

Thank you for posting on HCM.
From my clinical experience and knowledge, I dont think there is any possibility of interaction of Kenalog and Diltiazem and thus can be safely taken together.
One thing you must be aware of is that being a corticosteroid, Kenalog can actually increase your blood pressure and thus reduce the efficacy of Diltiazem in controlling blood pressure.
The above issue should be thoroughly be discusse with your physician.
