Is It Safe To Take Dolo Thrice A Day For Persistent Cold?

Question: Hi I delivered a baby 23 days ago and I got severe cold n took dolo cold in the noon still the cold remains high can I take one more in the night or can you say any remedy

Also take tablet cetrizine twice a day for 3 days along with steam inhalation.
Both these tablets are safe for both mother and baby.
