hi and welcome
Detailed Answer:
There is no known specific interaction between these two drugs although there is no many sciencetific data about this. But these two drugs affect different recwptors so it should not cause some side effects beside those that are normal for each of these medicines when used separately. It should just be taken in recommended dosage. Wish you good health. Regards

oh thanks for that, just wanted to be safe can you recommend any natural supplement that reduces prolactin and safe with Exemestane?
Brief Answer:
hi and welcome
Detailed Answer:
well first, prolactine should be lowered when there is hogh level of it. and it can be caused by disorders of pituitary gland so ppatient should do MRI of this gland and check prolactine levels. when exact cause is found than it can be treated. some people recommend vitamin B or E but its efficiency is questionable and there is no scientific support that it reduices prolactin. also, avoiding physical and emotional stress may be beneficial. SOme natural supplemetns such as Ashwagandha, gungko or ginseng are also on market but its results are poor. it can be tried together wuth exemestane but you dont have to expect much

Brief Answer:
hi
Detailed Answer:
There is no interaction but also, there is no strong scientific support that icarin60 is efficient. Theoretically these 2 substances together could cause too high increase of testosterone level so it would be smart to check blood testosterone before taking it.
