After I take the meds I'm jittery what can I do for this... It's like anxiety.
Brief Answer:
It subsides on its own
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Apologies for being late.
Gap of one hour between the medications is ideal. You can skip one dose of the three and do trials and see which one makes you comfortable. Each has different mechanism of action and but are safe.
The jitteriness should subside on its own, just have a glass of water and relax. There is nothing active you can do to calm down.

I'm feeling better, had tightness with which seem to have been irritation to the respiratory tract I guess the family cookout in grass surrounded by trees was a bad idea... Body went into some kind of allergic shock. I think I'll stay home one more day...I'm now afraid to go outside. I guess anxiety has now taken over.
Brief Answer:
Thats a good observation
Detailed Answer:
If you are allergic to pollen, dust, mite that is a bad idea to toil on the grass and around trees.
The above medications will take care of the allergic reaction. Stay home and you should be alright.
Nothing diminishes anxiety faster than action. Smile, breathe, and go slowly.
