Brief Answer:
no they are no t safe in 1st trimester

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting HCM
If you are in the first trimester then you should not use any of the medication at all . If already in to second trimester then instead of fluconazole tablets you may use clotrimazole vaginal pessaries for a week for yeast infection once it is confirmed.

And for UTI , it is better to take NITROFURANTOIN TAB which is pregnancy safe and to be taken thrice a day for 7 days for acute treatment and then once a day for the remaining pregnancy as prophylaxis .

Brief Answer:
they are safe and appropriate ...in 3rd trimester

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Yes fluconazole and terconazole are both used for yeast infections but have no effect if its a bacterial vaginosis.
At 3rd trimester cephelexin can be used for treatment of UTI as NO CHANCES OF FETAL HARM in third trimester.
so you may safely use them ....no hassles.
