Brief Answer:
get pregnancy confirmed first by urine preg test

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.

Firstly , it is possible for menses to be delayed by few days in some cycles due to various stressors and it need not be pregnancy everytime.
If the periods have been missed by more than 7 days then you may first perform a urine pregnancy test to rule out or confirm pregnancy. If the test is positive , then you may get an ultrasound pelvis done to establish if the pregnancy is intrauterine or an ectopic . Then if the pregnancy is unplanned , then you may consider options for termination.
Please don't take abortion medication without supervision,it might cause heavy bleeding and it may turn into an emergency.
Get pregnancy confirmed first.
regards.
