Is It Safe To Take I Pill Within 15 Days?
Question: Hi,
One friend of mine, took i-pill on 4th October 2014 after unprotected sex. She had unprotected sex today again (11th day of the cycle). Is it safe to have i-pill again today?
Last time she took, she had stomach ache and less flow during the initial period of the cycle. She did not miss the period.
If she does have to take i-pill, are there any major side effects she has to take care of? Is there a way to avoid or reduce the side effects through say exercise etc?

Detailed Answer:
Hi, she can take ipill if she had unprotected sex.
But in future it's better if she opts for a regular method of contraception in case she is planning to have frequent sexual activity in future also.
Ipill can cause irregular periods and variable blood flow but that is not a matter of concern as it gets corrected by itself in a couple of months.
But ipill increases the chances of tubal ectopic pregnancy which is a serious surgical emergency.
Ipill is an emergency contraception and should not be used as a back up every time after unprotected intercourse.
In case you have other questions, I will be happy to help

Brief Answer:
night time dose intake
Detailed Answer:
No they cannot be dealt with by any measured.
But in case it had caused her nausea or stomach ache or headache (common side effects), then she can take it in night time and restrict her water intake and she will be fine.
Take care.
