Question: My wife gynaecologist gave her mifigest 600mg . She is 14 weeks pregnant . Is it safe?

Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Mifegest is mifepristone and is given for abortion. However, for a 14 weeks pregnancy, Mifepristone alone is insufficient to cause abortion. She will be further needing misoprostol tablet.
Yes, she cansafely take Mifepristone 600 mg and follow up with her doctor when she gets pain or bleeding.

She is been asked to admitted to hospital on thursday 10 am IST . She took 600mg just 1 hour before. Should we expect bleeding before Thursday ?
