Syphilis passes through 4 stages:Primary , Secondary , Latent and Tertiary .
Since you asked about the treatment for stage 2 but few facts about IInd stage:

Benzathine Penicillin G
2.4 million units Intramuscular in a
single dose.(24 lac unit )


Alternative treatment ?if penicillin is allergic Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice daily for 14 days .OR
Tetracyclin500 mg four times in day for 14 days or AZITHROMYCIN as a SINGLE
2 gm oral .
Follow up :
Secondary syphilis
Clinical and serologic evaluation is usually performed at 6 and 12 months after treatment for secondary syphilis .
Fourfold decline in titer of NONTREPONEMAL tests within 6 to 12 months is indicative of treatment response.
This is all about stage II .
Now about your question .
Pentid 800 is safe .
Proper dose is one tablet two times in day ( but few advise three times in day till as above titer response).
Pentid 800000 u G is a oral tablet but in my opinion INTRAMUSCULAR treatment is the best .
Pentid G with other medicine , you should not take with other medicine because the drug of choice is penicillin , if reaction occurs then take other medicines.

Still , you can take CEPHALOSPORINS , salt is "CEFTRIAZONE " 1 gm intravenous or intramuscular twice in day for 10- 14 days.
But , once again , please first of all get drug sensitivity test because , you are allergic to most of drugs.
Still , if allergy to this drug , please get in culture and drug sensitivity test , so that most proper drug could be given.

Yes , you can take this drug.

This is also available in injection form .
