Is It Safe To Take Viagra With Blood Pressure Lowering Drugs?
Question: My husband is 84, but still likes to make love. His physician prescribed 100 mg of viagra rather than the previous 50. He also takes high blood pressure meds and blood thinner.
Do you think 100 is dangerous?
Any other suggestions?

It is the maximum normal dosage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
Normal ranges of Viagra dose is from 25 mg to 100 mg, so 100 mg is the maximum normal dose.
Care must be taken about blood pressure, because Viagra increases blood pressure lowering drugs effects.
Good fluid intake is necessary.
Since the dose is within normal ranges, I don't think it is dangerous.
Hope this helps.
Best regards.
