Brief Answer:
Risks related to COPD and overweight.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Zoloft and inhalers are generally considered safe to use during pregnancy, however a very low risk rate of birth defects still exists.

Pregnancy, in your doughter's case, may be complicated by worsening of COPD, by overweight and circulation problems can be aggravated too.

There is need to weight the risks and benefits of pregnancy, and there is need for a close follow up during entire pregnancy of your doughter's health condition.

Special attention needs assessment of pregnancy induced diabetes and hypertension.

Ovary cyst needs assessment of its nature first and this could be done by certain tumoral markers blood level. This needs to be discussed with your doughter's primary care Doctor.

Treatment of ovarian cyst depends on its nature.

If benign ovarian cyst, NSAID drugs are used to treat it.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
