Is It Safe To Take A Long Flight When Having Dental Issues?

Question: So if I have any other problems with my teeth as I haven't been to a dentist for 25 years as long as I am not in pain which I haven't been for two years or more I should be ok on a 13 hr flight I am scared I will be in major pain!!!
