Is It Safe To Try To Conceive When Rebella And CMV Counts Show As Reactive?

Question: Hi my wife had Torch test in - Rubella and CMV shows positive for Rubella and CMV
Rubella - 96.20 Reactive and CMV 1.2 Reactive what does this means ?
we are planning to have baby, so is it safe to go ahead.
Also, suggest treatment for the same.

As I remember no other vaccination had taken since childhood.

Well You said "You are not positive. It indicates a past infection. So do not worry" - so does this means we do not need to worry for anything - and we can plan for pregnancy anytime.

Hi,

I have gone through the report. It has only IgG readings which indicate only past infections. To plan for pregnancy, IgM readings are required. If any of the IgM readings is positive then we advise you not get pregnant within 3 months of the report. If your IgM readings are normal then you can go ahead with pregnancy.
