Brief Answer:
Can be used if indicated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Dicyclomine is a category B drug and this means that studies have not shown any untoward effects when used during pregnancy, yet, its use is indicated only when benefits outweigh risks. This means Cyclopam can be used in pregnancy if it is clearly needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
Please let me know what stage of pregnancy you are in, if there is any associated medical problem, if there is any trauma or stress or any discharge or backache.
If there is persistent pain over the abdomen, you may need to take uterine muscle relaxant. The baby needs to be monitored through sonogram and marking of movements. With mid-trimester pregnancies, fetal movements are smaller and frequent as the baby has ample space to swim in the liquor. As pregnancy advances, the movements become bigger in amplitude and decrease in frequency.
If there is any sudden disturbance in fetal movements accompanied by pain over the uterus, further investigation becomes necessary and this can include cardiotocogram and doppler studies. Rest is preferably given in left lateral position to improve the blood supply to the fetus. Stress of all sorts is avoided.
So, relief from the pain depends on the causative factor being attended to well in time.
Hope this helps. Please get back if you need any more clarifications. I will ready to help.
