Brief Answer:
Take it for 3 days
Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!
Macrobid or more commonly called nitrofurantoin is a good urinary antibiotic since it is concentrated on the urinary tract and does not affect other bacteria in other organ systems.
This is prescribed for uncomplicated UTIs and is given for 3 days (minimum).

Are my labs consistent w UTI or STD? Only positive for the leukocytes
Brief Answer:
Pls see detailed report.
Detailed Answer:
thank you for follow up question.
If you are symptomatic then I would consider it as a mild UTI. if you are not feeling anything then I would recommend not to drink the antibiotic.
I am not convinced you have UTI with your urinalysis. To confirm an infection we would need a urine culture.

Could this be an indication of STD not uti?
Brief Answer:
STD is unlikely diagnosis for you
Detailed Answer:
Possibly it can be but since you don't have any symptoms then diagnosis of STD is unlikely at this time. If you are worried about STD and feel that you are at risk, there are specific confirmatory tests to rule this out (e.g, Chlamydia, RPR, Gonorrhea, Hep B, HIV )
In my opinion, you may just have a nonspecific inflammation in your urinary tract that is non infectious in origin. Since you already started nitrofurantoin, I suggest continue it to complete 3 days and repeat urinalysis after a week.

Only symptom is a little pelvic pressure
Brief Answer:
Pelvic pressure is a nonspecific symptom
Detailed Answer:
Pelvic pressure is a nonspecific symptom. It can be part of the inflammation in the bladder or it can just be a muscle pain.
After you have completed the nitrofurantoin and done with the urinalysis we will know if further work up should be done.
