Question: Hi this is for dr sharka . U know my history and most recent tests done July of 2020 I am currently feeling like a tightness in the upper pectoral section of my chest .. no other symptoms other than slight anxiety my blood pressure is good my oxygen is good and heart rate no other symptoms should I be worried this is cardiac
