Is It True HIV Doesn't Survive Long But Here I Feared As The Time Gap Was Short?

Question: Sir, I used my office toilet just after about 1 minute of a lady colleague. While I was peeing some drops of liquid from the edge of latrine/toilet pan fell on my penis. I feared if any of her body fluids having HIV fell on that pan edge and of it get into my penis in the described mode then can I be infected with HIV ???? I heard HIV Doesn't survive long but here I feared as the time gap was short.

Sir, today I took rabies vaccine for a dog scratch. Do I need to stay away from my 3 year old son because there may be other dog bite patients in the hospital and the virus can get on me if their tissue or blood fall on me unknowingly and the virus can go to the inside of my nails or any other body part of me which is not exposed to the environment or air(like inner part of nail, inner part of nose, inner part of eye, mouth etc) or any of my wound. Can the virus infect my son or someone else if the inside of my nail or any other part of me comes in contact with a wound or my son's or other mucus membrane of my son?
Brief Answer:
No need to stay away from family.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Rabies transmit only through infected saliva of rabid dog, it won’t transmit through blood.
So there is no need to stay away from your family.
Hope I have answered your query.
