Question: Hi i know from the age of 29 i am having a lot of grey hair on the sides of my head and slowly i also got few in my beard but i am worried now as i am now 32 years old and i found 4 grey hair in middle of my chest and i am worried is it because i am getting old or is it because of some deficiency? As i heard people who gets grey hair on chest and in beard or head hair dies early and i wanna live more..
Is there any reversible thing or any herbal medicine that can reverse my grey hair to black again without any side effects?

I have sleep problem i sleep like 5 hours only and i do smoke and drink every weekend. Also i use hair XXXXXXX but I dont know i started to have grey hair on sides and temples of face but recently i found three four on my chest as well so i am worried for my chest as i am 32 years old not even mid thirties.
So is it normal thing and is in other human beings of my age as well?
