Is It True That Stronger Concentration Of Crestor Can Reverse Or Stop Atherosclerosis Over Two Years?
I have mild to moderate PAD...my carotid was checked two years ago and there is tiny hard calcification at fork area...my left leg has moderate blockage at the left knee and calcification on posterior aorta, but I have improved my collateral circulation in legs by walking...I am terrified by plaque breaking off. What should I do? I take baby aspirin every day also...My GP said my heart echo was normal...but my age was the factor re calcification...A doctor on here told me not to worry...that my diet and other lifestyle changes would help....how fast does atherosclerosis spread? I had two other echos in 2015 and 2012...all normal. I feel paralyzed with anxiety, like I am sitting on a time bomb...of sorts. I understand there is research going on now for new drugs...
