Itching all over the body during pregnancy is commonly seen due to pregnancy cholestasis. I have seen the picture attached to the query. This seems to be the cause in your case too as the lesions you have are small and red in color.
The other possible causes are allergy or eczema. You can get your liver function tests evaluated to find out the cause.
Presently since your symptoms are disturbing your day today life you can take medicines- anti allergics like Loratidine(Claritin) or Benadryl(diphenhydramine).
Locally anti itch lotions like diphenhydramine or Caladryl shall help reduce the itching.
You can also apply calamine lotion and a steroid(cortisone) based antiseptic cream on the area for symptomatic relief.
You may take Vitamin C along with the oral anti allergics. Vitamin C is a general anti-allergy supplement.
