Is Larvae Potentially Dangerous To Me Since I Was Bathing With Them For About An Hour?

Question: I took a bath this evening and then, when I got out, found that there were many tiny worms (larvae? maggots?) in the bathtub. Is this potentially dangerous to me since i was bathing with them for about an hour?

You may need to have another bath in order to wash your body and not to have any larvae or maggots stuck on your body.
