Question: I've been prescribed metronidazole vaginal gel once before bed each night for 5 nights..tonight aaas my last night 20 minutes after i sneezed and some gel came out. is this a major concern

The leakage of some amount of gel is not a bothersome issue as most of it gets absorbed soon after application and moreover, as this is the final day of the course, the optimum dosage may have already been given.

Whenever you need to take any vaginal tablet or gel, please have the foot end elevated for a couple of hours after insertion so that you do not face such leakages.
