Is Lightheaded Ans Numbness In Feet Indicative If Brain Tumor?
MS or brain tumor is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry, as they are not suggestive of serious neurological problems such as multiple sclerosis or brain tumor.
We need to look for alternative causes such as vitamin B12 or vitamin D deficiency or anxiety.
A detailed neurological examination would also be useful. I know you have an appointment in a week's time.
An MRI scan of brain should be done if any abnormalities are found on neurological examination.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,

Fibromyalgia is unlikley.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Looking at your symptoms, fibromyalgia is unlikely, as in this condition, there is widespread pain, involving neck, arms, trunk and legs. On pressure, the pain increases.
Tingling in the arm is often due to mechanical pressure of the nerves and is a minor symptom. There is no need to worry about that too.
