Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Do not worry.
Loss of pregnancy symptoms is not a sign of miscarriage.
You should take folic acid tablets once a day and tablet micronized progesterone once a day tp prevent miscarriage.
Avoid heavy work, intercourse and travel .
You will do fine.

Dear Doctor. Thank you for your answer. Can you tell me what is "micronized progesterone". Does the drug that I am taking i.e. Dupheston the same?
By looking at my dates can you tall me what week I am in as of today? And when would be the earliest possible to see the heart beat in an ultra sound?
Also you did not say anything about having no other symptoms like loss of appitite, nausea or morning sickness.
Appreciate if you could elaborate further on the above. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is similar but better
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
It is similar but better than dupheston. Ideally 10 mg dupheston is not suffcient and you need 200mg of micronized progeterone.
Its a tablet containing progeterone ( the hormone which sustains pregnancy) in a mico particle format so that it can be easily absorbed by the body.
You are 41 days ( 5 weeks 6 days) pregnant. The heart beat can be seen as early as 6 weeks on transvaginal sonography and by 8 weeks by abdominal sonography.
I will advise you to wait till 8 weeks of pregnancy and then get a sonography abdominally as that is more comfortable than doing it vaginally.
All women do not get nausea vomit and morning sickness. Its normal if you do not get it. Do not worry about that.
