Brief answer....adjust the dose of antihypertensive medicines
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
A low BP in morning suggests that you need to reduce your dose of antihypertensive medication. You are taking two antihypertensive medicines....TELMISARTAN 40 and STAMLO 2.5.
It would be better to reduce the dose of TELMISARTAN 40 to TELMISARTAN 20 and then see the response. Hopefully your BP would stabilise.
Monitor your BP regularly. It takes around 5-6 days for proper effect to settle in.
In case your BP remains low even after a week, then discontinue TELMISARTAN .
However it would be better to do talk to your treating doctor about it and it should be brought in his knowledge.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
