Brief Answer:
As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the details. It is mostly due to stress. Mood swings can be due to stress or thyroid abnormalities. I suggest you get a complete blood count with thyroid, vitamin b12 and vitamin d test to rule out other options.
Meanwhile, eat a balanced diet with fewer carbs and low to No sugar. Drink plenty of water. Exercise at least 30 mins of walk every day and deep breathing exercises twice daily helps relieve stress.
I hope this answered your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
For a proper remedy, sex therapy is the treatment. You can try pills like viagra but they are mainly used for erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.
Have fruits and nuts which increase your sex drive such as banana, strawberry, watermelon, almond/walnut, cherries, pomegranates, coffee, honey, fish (if nonveg).
