Noted your history of severe pain in lower abdomen radiating to lower back, of a severity of 7/10, with high amount of sexual activity within past week.
The most probable causes can be:
PID- Pelvic inflammatory disease.
Cystitis with urinary tract infection
I would advise you the following:
Tests of
Blood for CBC, Sugar, urea and creatinine.
Urine- routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen
This will help to get you the diagnosis in addition to the internal examination by a Gynecologist as clinical evaluation and examination can help to get a proper diagnosis and proper treatment plan.
Till then refrain from any sexual activity.
Drink plenty of oral fluids.
