Is Masturbation Safe In A 67 Year Old?
Question: im a 67 year old male is it ok to masturbate for my health without feeling guilty and how many times a week
Brief Answer:
Masturbation is a normal habit, no reason to feel guilty.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Masturbation is fine. This should not be the reason for any guilty feeling or concern. Please note that for your body there is no difference between regular intercourse and masturbation.
So this question could sound also "how often you can have an intercourse". The answer is, as often as you need to. There is no limit in this matter.
So do not feel guilty. This is a very normal habit.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

I have a followup question I live with a roommate and were both Christian but if choose to masturbate for my health I should not tell him what im doing should I and it is normal. Ive been doing this most of my life. I VE always have been it was a sin.
Brief Answer:
From the medical point of view masturbation is a natural habit.
Detailed Answer:
From medical point of view masturbation is normal habit. No doubt in that. Our body is controlled by brain. Brain sends signals which are really hard to fight with. And in most cases there is no need to do that. Please note that nature makes everything for our species to survive. The key to survive is reproduction. Male persons brain makes everything to fertilize as much female species as possible. This is how it works. We are a part of it and you can not do much with it. This is medical point of view.
Now of course there are few thing which (what we think) makes us human, makes us somehow more important than other species (but it depends from the point of view of course). We are trying to control our habits, desires in the way we thing it should be.
I know in some churches it is thought and said out loud than this and that is wrong (including masturbation). But in my opinion (I am Christian too) as long as you do not harm other person (do not harm is the main Christian rule) a habit is acceptable.
And I am pretty sure you do not harm anyone by masturbating. So why you do think its a sin?
Hope this will help.
Regards.
