Is Meralgia Paraesthetica Common While Having Hypertension?
Question: Why would my inner thighs get hot when my blood pressure goes up?
Brief Answer:
good question, please read below
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, good question.
When the pressure inside our arteries goes up, there is increased flow of blood and it reflects all over the body including skin. Because of increased flow there is heat generated and we feel 'hot'. You probably have more fat in your thighs than elsewhere so feel this heat more there.
