As discussed with you earlier, mesotherapy is not yet approved as a treatment. There are no robust studies to reveal its effectiveness or about its side effects. Whatever is known on this treatment is based on individual experience of some doctors who have been practising it. Therefore if you have to try mesotherapy, then consider a doctor who has good experience with such treatment.
That being said, as I informed earlier, if you haven't tried conventional treatment of hair fall under a dermatologist then I will seriously consider trying those lines of treatment before taking up mesotherapy.
Please consider those conventional treatment with your dermatologist.
