Brief Answer:
Microcytic anaemia

Detailed Answer:

Hi

I have gone through your blood reports .

You are having low MCV and MCH

It is caused by microcytic anemia.

It is caused by iron deficiency which can be caused by poor dietary intake of iron or gastrointestinal bleeding.

I would advise you to go for upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy and stool for occult blood test.

It can be treated with oral iron therapy.

Consult your local doctor regarding it

Eat lean red meat and consume vitamin C rich food
