Brief Answer:
Such mild rise of enzymes is normal during pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
There is mild rise of liver enzymes during pregnancy which is a normal finding. The raised levels of alkaline phosphatase is due to new bone formation in the baby. The other enzymes rise due to an extra stress on the liver. This can cause a mild itching all over the body that can decrease by keeping the skin well moisturized. These raised levels of enzymes will come back to normal after delivery. There is nothing to worry.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
I have seen the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached report. The values of these enzymes are raised but are not worrisome. This is normally seen in pregnancy due to new bone formation and extra stress on the liver due to the baby. No specific treatment is needed for this.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Thank you Dr XXXXXXX Appreciate your response!

Just one more query before I close this discussion. My wife was having itching that's the reason doctor prescribed for LFT.
As you say these values of enzymes are OK during pregnancy(33rd week). I was bit concern, are these signs of cholestasis?
And any ointment to relive the itching.

Brief Answer:
Ointment will not help.

Detailed Answer:
The itching is due to mild cholestasis that is normal during pregnancy. For itching oral ursodeoxycholic acid can help. You can get it prescribed by your gynecologist.
Regards.
