It is physiological (normal) in most cases.

In pregnancy, this discharge may increase in amount.

It may be a symptom of fungal infection as well (curdy white discharge).

White milky discharge is heavier than usual discharge..my last period was on 16 Oct 2015..is there any chances of pregnancy.
