what is you have symptoms?
Brief Answer:
hi
Detailed Answer:
If you have symptoms then you should do MRI angiography of the brain and check your blood vessels in neck and head with doppler ultrasound. If there is atherosclerosis then some medications should be given for blood thinning.
However, minimal ischaemia should not cause permanent disorders, but regulation of blood pressure, blood sugar and lipids should prevent further ischemic attacks.
