Is Missing A Dosage Of Z&D Drops For Diarrhea A Cause For Concern?

Question: My doctor advice me 1ml of Z & D drops for loose motions for the baby and to keep continue for 14 days.
But i missed it by one day. Should i continue for remaining days or stop it ?
