Is Morning After Pill Advisable After Unprotected Intercourse?
Question: my period came March 24 and it lasted until march 28, i had unprotected sex on March 31st and April 1st, can i get pregnant? do i have to take a morning after pill?

Yes, it is possible to get pregnant from what you described. While ovulation usually happens around 14 days before the next period, a woman can conceive at any time. It is much less likely during menses, but again, women have been known to conceive during and (more commonly) shortly after a period.
At this point, a morning after pill may not be effective. They need to be taken within 72 hours, and their effectiveness is highest if taken immediately.
The Copper T IUD can be used as emergency contraception effectively if inserted within 5 days. That is probably your best bet right now. In addition, it can be left in for continued contraception. I recommend trying to get in to a clinic today, such as Planned Parenthood. Tell them the situation.
