I can understand your concern.

Mupirocin cream is an antibiotic cream and has no effect on kerato acanthoma as it is not an infective condition.

Keratoacanthoma is a condition which is a low grade malignancy similar to squamous cell carcinoma.

The treatment for it is surgical excision. Mupirocin cream has no role in the treatment.
