Hello
After reviewing your medical query I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that the most likely cause of your symptoms could be underlying electrolyte derangements.
Kindly provide me the list of medications which you are taking presently. Also upload your last echo report.

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback. Your echo report is fairly alright. I would further like to suggest you to kindly discuss with your treating doctor about getting an angiogram done. I am suggesting this becoz your stress echo was inconclusive and there is LBBB in your ecg.
There is also a need to get these tests done for further evaluation
1. Complete blood count
2. 24hrs holter monitoring (To rule out any rhythm abnormalities causing dizziness)
3. Serum electrolyte levels
4. Thyroid function test
Kindly discuss with your doctor about getting these done.
Regards
