Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It means mild blood in urine

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So practically there should not be any red blood cells in urine. 8-10 rbc means there is mild amount of blood in urine. CAuses can be urinary infection, any trivial trauma to kidney, or bladder, or stone or rarely tumor. He requires evaluation for that if the red blood cells persist in urine in a repeat urine examination.
Thanks and regards
