Is Negative HIV 4th Generation Test After 14 Weeks Of Sexual Encounter Conclusive?
Question: Dr i had a unprotected sex, a day later i masterbated and had a small cut on penis coronal sulcus, after 10 days i had encounter with another woman it was protected sex and she gave me unprotected oral, and i gave her too, 5 days later i came down with strep throat, after 2 weeks i masterbated the day later, i found it tender in the coronal sulcus area and had burning sensation on the site where the cut was before in the coronal sulcus but this time the cut looked longer, is this an abrasion or a std, ive already tested for hiv 4th gen and all stds at 14 weeks post exposure, im so worried that i dont know whats happening to me after all stds came back neg. is this from minor abrasion? Or do i really have hiv?

But all other stds came back negative too doctor, and i tested 4th gen hiv at 7, 10, 14 weeks, is this from friction, because i remember when i did masterbate a day later it was raw, semen was still in my underwear and i didnt change it, was this caused by bacterial infection, by the way i forgot to mention i placed neosporin ointment on it and went away within 24 hours

No nothing is there dr. It wen away fast, whats killing me was the anxiety of not knowing what had happened despite all the negative tests, im a healthcare provider too doc, its really kiling me that i couldnt know what had just happened despite all the negative tests, but thank you for all your help dr. I might have some post trauma syndrome from this as i cant stop thinking about it and the possibility of hiv, ill probably go to a psychologist after this im still so worried despite the reassurances, but thanks for all your help Dr.
