There is no possibility of transmission by oral route .So cannot be transmitted through food or unhygienic hands.
Palm skin is very thick and is a very effective barrier for HIV.There is no possibility of HIV transmission even if exposed to virus.
The symptoms of itching is non specific and not related to HIV.
You can totally allay fears of HIV.
Forget the episode and lead a normal life.

I think you are too anxious of the incident.
I can make out your anxiety.
But there is nothing to worry.
Skin is an effective barrier and HIV cannot enter through skin.
HIV is not transmitted through dried blood.Probability of survival is almost nil.
All the methods mentioned (arm or food or smoking,scratching etc) do not transmit HIV.
You can totally allay fears of HIV transmission.
I do not see necessity for HIV tests.
