Is Numbness In Arms And Small Knots Post A Crystal Methamphetamine Shot Normal?

Possibly the lining of the vein was breached during the injection which might be the reason of your numbness and a small knot.
You may keep your arm elevated above the level of the heart for few times and continue applying hot compresses over the area since it is a small knot.
Also avoid injecting in the same arm/area for next some time.
Please do not worry. Since it is NOT a missed shot, it is not a permanent damage and you will be fine in a day or so.
Please let me know if there is any worsening numbness or swelling with clinical pictures.

what could the meth be cut with? two of us had the exact same reaction.. separate sirynges same reaction

Probably MSM (chemical name methylsulfonylmethane); also known as methylsulfone and dimethylsulfone (DMSO2) is used as a cutting agent for methamphetamine.
It has many advantages being an odorless, white, crystalline powder which is highly soluble and mixes readily with most substances without leaving a residue. It usually is added to methamphetamine during the final stages of production.
Methamphetamine cut with MSM often appears to be uncut because after the chemicals are combined and the mixture cools, the MSM recrystallizes, resembling pure methamphetamine.
