Is Pain At Back Of Mouth With A Cut In The Gum A Sign Cancer?
It is not a sign of cancer...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting the query
I have gone through the photo thoroughly and understood your problem.
The pale piece of tissue behind the last lower molar is the normal mucosa. Don't worry! It is not a sign of cancer. This looks pale because of the constant pressure it gets from both the jaws.
This is not related to any sinus issues.
1. Drink plenty of warm water.
2. If pain is more, you can try OTC pain relievers.
3. Also, antiseptic mouth gargles are beneficial.
Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
