My pain is some what dull. It is worse when I take deep breaths. No pain when I exhale.
No fever. Right shoulder also has some dull pain when I lay on it. No associated symptoms that you listed. Also have continuous lower back pain from degeneration of the spine and now going to Chriropractor for treatment not related to new pain. New pain comes and goes.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
With an additional history the causes of the pain can be as follows:
Costochondritis of the right lower ribs.
Gall bladder or liver pathology.
Rarely pathology related to the lower part of lung and pleura.
If the pain increases on pressure on the lower ribs then this is most probably costochondritis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take an anti-inflammatory medications that suits you.
Apply local rubefacient liniment that gives local warmth.
Certainly an Ultrasonography of abdomen helps to rule out any pathology of liver, lower pleura, gall bladder and helps getting the diagnosis by confirming or ruling out the problems.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
