Is Pain In The Penis Suggestive Of STD?
urethritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar, dermatologist and venereologist.
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
Penile pain and specially more during micturation is a symptom of urethitis. A condom provides adequate protection against common STIs that cause urethritis I.e gonorrhea and chlamydia. However, rarely genital herpes can cause symptoms of urethritis.
Another possibility is that of chemical urethritis due to irritation of urethra with soaps etc.
I suggest you to increase water intake and take a urinary analgesic e.g Citralka, 1tsf thrice daily with water.
You may screen for herpes at 4 weeks.
In the time being in case you develop any visible sores suggestive of herpes I suggest you to visit a venereologist in person for examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Hsv is a probable, as I already suggested but it is just one possibility. The other possibility is a urinary tract infection (UTI) as indicated by high number of pus cells in urine.
Only screening for Hsv would confirm possible Hsv. In the mean time I suggest you to continue with the Oral antibiotic as prescribed by your physician.

As per your discussion am I most probable to get Chlyamia or gonohrrea. My body feeling really weak. Should I get admitted to the hospital. Or else should I wait till Friday for the reports. My blood test reports will be coming today evening. Wat are the possiblities of my survival?
Unlikely that you have gonorrhea or chlamydia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
A condom provides adequate protection against chlamydia and gonorrhea. It is unlikely that you have any of these. Continue with treatment. Wait for reports.
