Is Painful And Frequent Urination A Symptom Of UTI?

Question: I get a burning sensation when I go to pee at the end. it last for about 10 to 30 sec. Also, I feel frequent urge to pee. I am guessing that these are symptoms of UTI. Please help me with medicine that can be easily available in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms point towards urine infection.
Ideally you should send your urine sample for routine analysis and culture and then start tablet CEFIXIME 200 mg twice a day along with urinary alkaliser like syrup ALKACITRON 2 tsf three times a day with one cup of water. This is the protocol which we follow in our routine practice.
This antibiotic can be changed according to the culture report which you would get after 72 hours. Take the antibiotic course for 7-10 days.
