Is Pancreatic Cancer Curable?
Question: This is a follow up to the question I ask you approx. 3 weeks ago re: possible intestine blockage. I got so sick I went to emergency and it was indeed a blockage in the small intestine just before the large intestine. I was caused by pancreatic cancer that was broken off the mass when I had pancreatic cancer surgery last Oct..
The cancer is attached to the abdominal wall was pressing on the intestine causing the blockage. Surgery removed the blockage but there was to much cancer to be removed...I am doomed. Chemo is an option....but! Any suggestions.

Brief Answer:
Please try clinical trials.
Detailed Answer:
Being hones, we do not know how to cure pancreatic cancer. Nowadays we assume it is incurable. Even if the primary tumor can be removed, the chance for survival is very low.
In my opinion, the only chance for you is a clinical trial with some antibodies (targeted therapy). Chemotherapy can extend your life, but wont cure the cancer.
So my suggestion for you is to check this site: https://clinicaltrials.gov and find a trial available in your area.
I wish I could give you some hope. But this would be a lie. All I can give you is my support.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
